Rev. Daniel Burns
Pastor

Pastor Daniel Burns is a 2002 graduate of Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN. He is married to Esther, and together they have three children: Ethan, Zachariah, and Emma. Pastor Burns completed his under-graduate work at Concordia College in Saint Paul, MN. He served previously at Immanuel Lutheran Church & School (Walker, MN) and Saint Martin Lutheran Church & School (Clintonville, WI).

In addition to serving at Saint Paul's, he also serves: as the Committee Chair for Scout Troop 204 out of Anoka; as a Senior Pastoral Counselor for the LWML MN South District; and, as a Police Chaplain for Brooklyn Park, Champlin, and Osseo.  

 

Esther Burns
Organist

Esther Burns is a dedicated and talented church organist with over three decades of musical ministry experience. A 1999 graduate of Concordia University in St. Paul, Esther has served in several church communities throughout her career. Beginning at the age of 11, she has shared her musical gifts as an organist, having served at Trinity Lutheran Church in Carver, MN, Immanuel Lutheran Church in Walker, MN, and St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville, WI, before joining the team at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Osseo, MN.

In addition to being an accomplished organist, Esther is proficient in playing the piano, oboe, and flute, allowing for a wide range of musical expression. This diverse skill set has been invaluable in leading worship and enhancing the musical ministry of the churches she has served.

Outside of the church, Esther works as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Target within the Global Supply Chain and Logistics, where she provides essential support to the company's operations. Balancing work and ministry, Esther is also a loving wife to Daniel and a devoted mother to their children, Ethan, Zachariah, and Emma.

With a passion for music and service, Esther continues to enrich the lives of others through her work both at church and in her professional life.

 

 

 

 

Sherry Glauvitz
Administrative Assistant

Sherry Glauvitz went to college at Bemidji State University for Elementary Education.  After student teaching in North Branch, Minnesota and graduating college, was hired at KinderCare in Woodbury, Minnesota teaching 4th grade and helped develop their after- school program. Married David Glauvitz and when Aleksander was to begin kindergarten decided to homeschool.  Homeschooled Alek and Sam through high school.  Taught Sunday School, mainly 3rd and 4th grade, for many years and was chair of Youth and Family Board for many years.  Has been a member of St. Paul’s since 1993.

Bonnie Faue
Wedding / Funeral Coordinator

Bonnie has been a member of St. Paul's for 50+ years. During that time she has served in a variety of ways. Currently, she enjoys preparing the chancel area both for the church year and seasonally, also assisting in the preparation and serving of themed Lenten soup suppers.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Augsburg college.

She is widowed, with 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
